I am so excited to start this school year with all of you! Not only will I be teaching Front of House for the West Ada CTE-Advanced Culinary program but I will also be the new Yearbook teacher! I am a Renaissance Alumni as well as a graduate of the AA program. After attending RHS I went on to culinary school at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI). I graduated with an Applied Science Associate's Degree with a major of Baking and Pastry. Currently I am enrolled at Idaho State University where I am working towards completing a Bachelor's in Workplace Training and Leadership. My end goal is to have a Master's in Education. My passion is for education and of course food. 

I am so excited to take on Yearbook as well this year. I cannot wait to get the students out taking photo's and motivating them to be creative. We will show everyone just how much spirit and pride we have for our school!

If I'm not at Renaissance you can find me making artisinal chocolates, baking something at home, attending concerts, or playing videogames.

Students who have taken culinary prerequisites at their home high school come to Renaissance to run Café Renaissance as part of their capstone course in the Culinary pathway.
