Ozie Oscar Duncan II
Welcome to Physical Education at Christine Donnell of the Arts
Education and Experience:
I initially began teaching in Idaho in 2000 at Maranatha Christian School before coaching and teaching at the collegiate level for over a decade. In 2015 my family and I returned to the Treasure Valley. Since our return I've had the opportunity to teach students from the elementary to college level. In 2018-2019 I begin my second year of teaching at CDSA.
I was blessed with many athletic talents that allowed me to thrive in the sport of track and earn a track scholarhship to the University of Idaho. While at Idaho, I learned the value of hard work, a commitment to excellence, and inner drive. Not every student is destined to be a world class athlete but that doesn't mean they can't achieve high level of success and mastery. I encourage all my students to be prepared for a challenge, have a positive attitude, and to engage life with maximum effort. I believe that competition is a part of life, but I don't believe we should be judged solely on our wins and losses! I think what says more about a person is how they view obstacles, collaborate, and persevere.
