Degrees and Certifications:
Ms. Diann Roberts
Welcome to the 2021-2022 School year!!!!!!
My name is Diann Roberts, and this is my fourth year here at EMS. I will be teaching English 8 and Honors English 8 this year. I received my K-8 Bachelor of Science, with a K-12 Literacy endorsement, degree from Idaho State University and have my master's degree in Literacy from Boise State University. I have been in education for over 24 years and have taught in private, public, and alternative classrooms, grades 6th through 9th in Twin Falls, Idaho. Prior to coming to EMS, I was the English Language Arts/Literacy Coordinator for the Idaho State Department of Education and am now very excited to be back in the classroom working with students.
We will be utilizing Microsoft Teams in our classroom for many of our lessons this year, as well as utilizing it as our online learning platform, as needed. I will be working diligently to ensure I keep everyone updated regarding classroom activities and events throughout the year.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
