Hi! I'm Chef Skollingsberg. I have a Culinary Arts degree from BYU-I, and a bachelor's degree in Career and Technical Education from University of Idaho. I worked in school nutrition for 12 years, both as baker and kitchen manager. As a result, I not only know how to do what I'm teaching, but I'm really skilled in managing the people, or in this case, students who work/learn from me. I expect a lot from my students, but I give a lot in return. We have a lot of fun in my classes, while learning how to cook cool stuff.
