Welcome to Mr. Dades PE/Health class!  I have been teaching for 8 years and prior to teaching, I spent 6 years in the US Army.  We will work hard and participate in a lot of fun activities!  Be ready to have fun and learn what it means to live an active and healthy lifestyle!
