Developmental Screenings

  •  Screenings Available for 3 to 5 year olds

    Children who demonstrate developmental delays in one or more of the developmental areas may be eligible for special education services.  The developmental screening is designed for children who do not turn five (5) by September 1, of current school year.

    If you live in the district’s attendance zone and have concerns about your child, please contact the District Service Center at 208-350-5122 to schedule an appointment.

    Thinking Ability

    Self-Help & Social Skills

    Motor Skills 

    Emotional Concerns

    Hearing & Vision

  • The Early Invervention screening process is ongoing.  Specific dates can be found by calling the Special Services Department at 208.350.5122.

    • Your child's birth certificate
    • Your child's immunization record or exemption
    • A proof of your physical address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
