New Employee - Hourly Pay
New Part-time Employee Center (employees working <20 hours/week or coaching)
We are excited to have you join the West Ada School District team.
As a new hourly employee there are a few simple steps to complete to make the new hire process more efficient. Please review the following information carefully. After completing the writable new employee packet please print and hand deliver it to Human Resources, Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Fingerprinting/Background check: must complete within five (5) days of being hired and pay the $29.00 fee (cash, check, debit or credit card).
- Receive employee ID badge (if applicable)
New Employee Payroll Packet. Form I-9 requires employers to verify citizenship and identity. Most common forms of ID include: valid Passport; OR Driver's License and Social security card; OR Drivers' License and original Birth Certificate. Please bring in suggested forms of ID to Human Resources. Attach a voided check with the direct deposit form.
