Why have a summer dance intensive?
Summer intensives give us a chance to work with a guest artist.
A great way for dance majors to team build before school starts.
Summer is a common time when dance artists are off contract from his/her dance company or they have more contract time flexibility.
We start the school year with choreography finished, so we are able to perform right away.
Saves school year time for other guest artists, dance education curriculum, teacher choreography, and student choreography.
