Absence Management for Substitutes
We have switched from SubFinder
to Absence Management
Now, you can check for available sub jobs and access other great features.
Please check your West Ada email account for a message with a subject of “Sub Placement and Leave Reporting.” This email will indicate your Absence Management Login ID and PIN.
Your Login ID is the phone number you have listed in Employee Online and can be verified and updated there. Log into Employee Online and click on the “Home Address” link. When entering your ID (Phone Number) only use the numeric digits.
For example: 2085551212
If you cannot remember your PIN, click on the "Pin Reminder" link on the Sign In page. An email will be sent to the email address that is stored in Absence Management. This is initially set to your West Ada email account.

You may also call Absence Management toll free at 1‑800‑942‑3767. Simply follow the voice menus.
Anytime you have questions about using Absence Management, try clicking the Help tab at the top of the screen. This link will take you to the Learning Center. There you can type in your question and get more information.
