The CSI: Forensics Unit focuses more on the science behind the crime scenes. Students will be working towards building deductive reasoning, lateral thinking, and logical thinking skills supported by evidence. Students will learn how to lift and identify fingerprints, analyze handwritings, and work in a group in order to solve a crime.
A major focus of this unit to observe the details found at a crime scene. Students need to create reports with detailed information about their process and results. They will practice forming ideas and conclusions that are stated with supporting evidence.
