• What is the best way to get in touch with Ms. Ruoff?

A new Kindergarten class with a new teacher brings many questions.  We have one parent teacher conference a year in October and we also have an open house night at Eagle Hills in September.  If you have questions for me please send me an email and I try and respond to you within 24 hours.  If you have issues that you would like to discuss in person, I am always happy to set up a time before or after school when we can meet.  Our Kindergarten universe is a busy, exciting place so I normally don't take parent phone calls during the day.  Email is also not a good way to communicate changes in after school pick up (ie. Send my child on the bus after school today) as I don't always have time to check my email until after school has dismissed for the day.  If you do have important information to share with me that is time sensitive, please call the office.

  • Blue Eagle Hills Folders

On the first day of school, your child will come home with an Eagle Hills folder.  Some teachers only send these home on Fridays.  This folder should come home every night and be brought to school everyday.  This is part of our going home routine and we check our folders every morning as part of our Kindergarten morning routine.  You do not need to sign the folders.  These folders are a great responsibility piece for your little one and a way for you to talk about what is going on at school.  We don't have mail everyday, but the papers that come home should be looked at.  If you're sending money (tuition check, lunch money, etc.) in the folder, it is a good idea to label what the money is for and to let your child know they have mail for Ms. Ruoff.

Information went home about signing up for Remind and our Seesaw digital journal.  These are both voluntary, but I strongly encourage you to do both.

The Blue News will come out every Friday through email.  If you have not already received an email from me, please check your spam and let me know if I need to add you.  The Blue News has very important dates and information regarding school events and things that you need to know.  Please take a few minutes and look at it over the weekend so you are in the know for all of the cool things that are happening at our school.
