Ms. Bell

Thank you for visiting my class website!

This is my second year of teaching full time at Rocky Mountain High School and this year, I am teaching United States History 10 and Freshman Cornerstone.  I am truly excited to examine the history of the beginnings of our country with my history students. I am also thrilled to be able to help prepare the class of 2023 for their first successful year at Rocky Mountain High School!

My previous teaching experience includes having taught English 9-12 in Rockwall, Texas and Global Perspectives & US History 10 here at RMHS.

My students and their success are my passion when it comes to teaching. In history, my goal is to make history come alive for my students while in the classroom and hopefully trigger some out-of-class discussions from our learnings as well.  In Cornerstone, my goal is to lay a solid foundation for my students to grow and build upon long after they leave my classroom.

As for me, I was born in East Texas and have previously lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as San Antonio and Dallas, Texas.  I moved to Boise in March 2017 and Idaho is now my home.

I'm a big sports fan, I love reading, and I travel whenever I can do so--there's so much world and so little time!

Oh, and coffee.  Can't forget the coffee.

Please note:

I am available every morning (except Wednesdays) for Grizz time.  I am available after school for tutorials or test corrections via appointment.
