    Absence Management Sign In

    Login ID:

    Your Login ID is the cell phone number you have listed in Employee Online.
    When entering your ID (Cell Number) only use the numeric digits.
    Example: 2085551212


    If you have forgotten your PIN, click on the "I forgot my PIN or Password" link at the bottom of the sign in window.
    - Type in your User ID, and click "Continue"
    - Type in your West Ada email address, and click "Email Instructions"

    Using Your Phone:

    You may also call Absence Management toll free at 1‑800‑942‑3767.
    Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences and access other features.
