F.A.S.T. is short for Faculty And Students Training. The idea behind F.A.S.T. is to help promote fitness for students and faculty outside of the classroom.
Participants in the F.A.S.T. program earn miles by doing a variety of physical activities before or after school.
Examples of opportunities to earn miles include, but are not limited to are:
1 Mile of Walking = 1 Mile
20 Minutes of Continuous Activity (Roller Skating, Swimming, Etc.) = 1 Mile
5 Miles of Biking/Cycling = 1 Mile
2,000 Steps = 1 Mile
Forms and directions for the F.A.S.T. program are located outside of Room 17 in a folder labeled F.A.S.T.
