About Us: Welcome to your neighborhood school! We are enthused to be a fantastic place for students to receive a well-rounded education in all elementary subjects. Our staff is highly qualified and highly effective.

Star Elementary is a Love and Logic school. Our staff is well trained in this philosophy which emphasizes teaching problem-solving skills. We use mistakes as teachable moments to help students become responsible for their own behaviors. We have a rich library of materials and information available for parents to learn about Love and Logic.

Star is a leader in collaboration. This team process is engrained in our school culture and is the key to our strong sense of community. Our Star Boosters, families, and community members are an integral part of our success.

Our mascot is the STAR STALLION. Our school colors are RED and BLACK.
