Absence Management for Substitutes

Web Application:

  • For the best results, use Google Chrome to access the Absence Management web application.

    Signing In: 

    Substitutes may use the following methods to log into Absence Management.

    • Frontline ID: 
      This ID is your personal account and should be set up using your personal email address. This type of login will allow you to link together multiple school district Absence Management accounts if you are a Multi-District Substitute.

      Follow these instructions to set up a Frontline ID.

    • Single Sign-On: 
      This method uses your WestAda.org email address to allow you to log into Absence Management automatically. Typically, this sign-on method is best suited for substitutes who are also employees of the district.

      To use the West Ada Single Sign-On method, follow these instructions.

      Requirements for this method:
      • You must first set up Multi-Factor Authentication with West Ada
      • You must not substitute for multiple districts

Mobile Apps:

    • Jobulator Home Page on Cell Phone Jobulator is Frontline Education’s paid-subscription mobile application for substitutes and may be used to search for and accept jobs.
      If you experience issues with logging into Jobulator, please refer to the Jobulator help page where you may search for help topics and submit a request for help.

    • The Frontline Mobile App is for employee use only. It will not function for your substitute account at this time.

Phone Dial-In Access:

  • Dial-in access to search for and accept jobs within Absence Management is still available via a toll-free, automated voice instruction menu at 1-800-942-3767
    We recommend calling in to check the computer recording of your name by pressing Option 4.

    Just Call 1-800-942-3767

    Your Absence Management User ID and PIN are still required to use this service.
    This is a separate login from your Frontline ID.
