What if I have a child enrolled in the Virtual School House?

Per federal regulation 7 CFR 210.2, and USDA guidance, virtual schools do not meet the definition of schools under the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). With the waiver extension we are able to provide 4 open school sites for meal pick up for Virtual School House students. This will be available for the 20-21 School Year.

    When does this start?

We will begin with our first day of school, Tuesday September 8, 2020. This includes both breakfast and Lunch. Pre-order to pick up meals at curbside.

Can I pick up meals without my child present?

Parents/guardians and older siblings can pick up meals for students not present.

Do I need to pre-order meals for curbside pickup?

We ask that meals are pre-ordered. This helps our kitchens know how many meals they will need to prepare for students each day.

Should you still fill out a Free and Reduced application?

Yes, this is highly recommended to get completed now. When the extension ends we will serve meals based on student elgibility of Free, Reduced or Paid status. Please visit http://westada.schoollunchapp.com to apply.
