Degrees and Certifications:
Welcome Lions to Cordova's Cove!!!
My name is Audrey Cordova. This is my 20th year of teaching. I have taught 4th grade, 5th grade, and 7th and 8th grade. I love what I do and look forward to coming to work everyday. I have also been a New Teacher Facilitator for the West Ada School District, so that gave me the unique and rewarding opportunity to work with novice teachers and help guide them as their teaching journey was just beginning. 5th graders, I'm so excited to have you in my class and can't wait to have tons of fun while we learn!
I know this year is unchartered territory for all of us, staff, families, and students, but one thing I can promise you is that I will always try my best to do what is in the best interest of your student. I want them to learn, I want them to enjoy learning, and I want them to feel safe and comfortable in this new learning environment(no matter what it may look like). I appreciate your support as we work together to help your child have the best year possible.

Parents: when going out and buying school supplies using the district list, linked here, you do NOT need to purchase water colors. We will not need them in my class. Also, earbuds are optional, so it is up to you if you want to buy them. We do not really need them, but sometimes some students just like to have them. Hope this helps save you a little bit of money. Also, please put your child's name on everything. We do not share supplies in class, with the exception of Expo Dry Erase Markers. Those do not need their name on them.
Looking forward to a great year.
