Attendance Area Proposal Approved


    At a Special Board meeting of the West Ada School District Board of Trustees, on January 19, 2021, the Attendance Area Proposal was approved. The changes begin with the 2021-22 school year. The attendance area proposal was created by a committee made up of parent volunteers and West Ada School District administration. The decision for the final proposal came by a consensus, not a vote. These volunteers spent hours of their own time, worked together respectfully, taking time outside of meetings to drive the areas to make decisions. The committee considered the comments from the public. Possible changes were discussed based on the feedback received and adjustments were made where possible and when aligned with policy
