Eagle Elementary School
Eagle Elementary attendance area will change from a School of Choice to a traditional school as of the 2021-2022 school year. Becoming a traditional elementary school means the school will be open to all students living in its attendance area. This change was intended to help alleviate overcrowding at Eagle Hills Elementary and provide room for the growing population.
Elementary changes will go into affect for all students for the 2021-2022 school year.
Approved Attendance Area
The eastern boundary will be Eagle Road, the southern boundary will follow the north split of the Boise River until Eagle Island State Park. It then follows the existing boundary line of the Andrus Elementary attendance area until reaching the south split of the Boise River. It will then follow the river west. Before it reaches Star Road, the boundary runs north then east until State Street, leaving those living on South Main Street and in the Starlight Meadows subdivision in the Star attendance area. The boundary will then turn east until Plummer Road, and north until Floating Feather Road. At Floating Feather, the boundary will turn east until Pollard Lane, where it turns north briefly until turning east again on Floating Feather.
