  • The annual Mountain View High School Mother's Day Greenhouse Sale is this Saturday, May 9th. 

    Location: Mountain View High School

    Time: 10:00 to 2:00 (or however long it takes to assist everyone) - we are still in business. The classes started plants and they have been maintained for the sale.

    What's for sale?

    • Bedding plants: alyssum, coleus, nemesia, lobelia, verbena, geraniums, dahlias, veronica spicata, marigolds, salvia, cosmos, zinnias, yarrow, and petunias. Assorted container sizes.
    • Herbs: oregano, rosemary, thyme and possibly basil (it's small!) - six-packs and 3"
    • Huge, gallon tomatoes - large red cherry, Marglobe (heirloom), Abe Lincoln (heirloom), Independence Day, Roma, Better Bush, Better Boy, Beefsteak, Supremo, and Moby Grape.
    • Peppers - six packs: Big Red, Big Bertha, California Wonder, Sweet Banana, Jalapeno, and Anaheim
    • Assorted succulents, creeping charlie, wandering jew, snake plant
    • Hanging baskets - $20
    • Pepper/Marigold flat - Five varieties of peppers, 4 each and a dozen marigolds - $12

    3" containers: $1
    4" containers: $2
    Succulents - 3": $3
    Gallons - $5 each or 3/$10

    What do I do when I get there? There will be signs posted as far as protocol; we are following safe distancing procedures, etc. and will be wearing masks. We appreciate it if you wear masks.

    ALL PLANTS WILL BE WELL MARKED AND SET UP OUTSIDE!! Our goal is for you to be able to pull up in your and be able to view plants if you are waiting to purchase with our limited amount of customers allowed at a time. 

    BYOB - please bring a box or bag - we did not have access to copy paper boxes this year.

    Exact cash (please bring small bills) or checks.

    Again, please follow the signs when you enter the parking lot as we will have instructions for you to maintain proper social distancing. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
