Welcome to Galileo's Remote Learning Experience. Thank you for supporting learning at home during these unprecedented circumstances.
By now your teacher(s) should have contacted you regarding your preferred Remote Learning Packet delivery option. Possible options are email, through teams (Middle School), through this website for download, or hard copy for pickup.
Starting Monday, April 13, Remote Learning Packets will be distributed on a weekly basis here on the website, and hard copy at the school.
Hard copies will be available at Galileo, Eagle Middle School, and Star Middle School. They may be retrieved between 8:00 and 4:00 on Monday and Tuesday. Please only take hard copies if you indicated that as your preferred method of delivery as packets are limited in number.
These packets will consist of a week's worth of daily learning activities. The activities were created or selected by your children's teachers because they will provide valuable practice and application of skills that they have learned and/or were working on before the shutdown. We expect that students will be able to complete these tasks mostly independently. If they need help, students (or their parents) can reach out for support in a manner your teacher will share with you. Teachers should also have communicated times for their daily office hours, where they can be contacted online or by phone.
Please see our REMOTE LEARNING PLAN for more information about our plans for remote learning. Please understand that this work will not be collected and while we will be providing a "daily schedule", you can adapt, modify, and engage in the remote learning opportunities in a way that works for you and your family's specific circumstances.
