Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Goodrich

I am Hali Goodrich. This is my 5th year teaching in the West Ada School District. I have taught English and Spanish in classes 6-12 over the last 4 years. I just returned from a 2 year break. The first year I traveled around the world, the second year I went to graduate school. I am excited to be back with WASD, and I am excited for my first year at Eagle High! I have a passion for languages. I love teaching Spanish and English and have felt fortunate to teach both of them in combination in my career so far.

I went to Boise State University for my undergraduate degree in 6-12 Secondary Education in English and Spanish, and I just graduated fromthe U of I with my Master's of Natural Rescources in Environmental Education and Communications degree.

Being outside is where I want to be! I have always been a camper, skiier, and athlete. My main outdoor activities are rafting in the summers, skiing in the winters, and hiking in the off seasons! I love to travel and have made it a goal to go as many places near and far that I can go. I am partial to Spanish speaking countries, and I frequently travel to Mexico, but I have loved all of my domestic and international traveling opportunities so far. I hope to get back exploring soon!
