Ms. Kari Eggert

Hi! I'm Ms. Eggert and often shortened to Ms. E. This is my 7th year of teaching Business and Technology, but my first year at Rocky Mountain High School. This year I am teaching the following courses: Computer Applications 1, Business Essentials, and Personal Finance with concurrent credit at Boise State University. I am excited to be a part of the Griz Family!

I graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in Career and Technical Education; Business and Technology and a minor in Accounting. Go Vandals! I am born and raised from the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area, and just recently moved my family down here this summer. I have worked in the banking, photography, and graphic design fields while paying my way through college and supporting my teacher habits of Flair Pens and Coffee.

I love being a teacher and supporting my students with their academic, social, and personal goals. My favorite part outside of teaching is working with students in student organizations from Business Professionals of America (BPA), Yearbook, and Newspaper. I also have enjoyed in the past taking students abroad to over 6 countries during the summers. I love to be outdoors kayaking, hiking, camping, fishing, and any other reason to be outside. My favorite season is Fall but Winter is a close second. When stuck indoors, I love to bake, sew, and design.

You will always be greeted with a smile when you come into class and can always ask questions. I may be carrying a large cup of coffee or have my arms full, but I'm always excited to see you!

I can't wait to see what this semester brings!
