I am so excited to start my first year here as the new Front of House Teacher for the West Ada CTE-Advanced Culinary program. My goal with my part of the program is to have the senior students able to deal with all types of customer service, styles of service and POS/ money transactions. I come from a very large industry background in customer service, as well as, baking and pastry. 

Students who have taken culinary prerequisites at their home high school come to Renaissance to run Café Renaissance as part of their capstone course in the Culinary pathway.

If I'm not at Renaissance you can find me making artisinal chocolates and caramel apples at Albertsons, baking something at home, or volunteering in the community.
