Welcome to another exciting year at Barbara Morgan STEM Academy, where we learn about the world around us the W.I.S.E way.
This will be my 13th year teaching in the very building that is now BMSA. I began my teaching career in 2006, shortly after graduating from Boise State University with a BA in Elementary Education.
I am originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, but have called Idaho my home since 1997. At that time I moved here with my 1 1/2 year old daughter Bailey and her dad. Bailey recently graduated from the University of Utah in 2017 with a degree in Physcology and a minor in Sociology/Criminology. She is currently working for the Cottonwood Heights Police Department as a Police Support Specialist.
During the summer (my favorite season) I am outside as much as possible. Some of my favorite summer hobbies including biking, golfing, fishing, camping and spending time with friends and family. When summer is over and it is time for school to start up again, I can usually be found enjoying some BSU football games!!! Go BRONCOS!
