I am one of the 4th grade teachers here at Chief Joseph. This is my 14th year at Chief Joseph. I love teaching here at this school. We have such amazing students and parents. Before coming to Chief Joseph I taught at Lewis and Clark Middle School in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, teaching math. It was a great time, but I am very glad to be teaching 4th grade. I am also one of the teachers in charge of the Garden Club. The students did an amazing job last year with the garden.
I graduated from Boise State University in 1995. That seems so long ago. However, I am still a Boise State Bronco Fan. GO Broncos! I was raised in Colorado, so I am also a Denver Bronco Fan. Go Broncos! I have five children ranging from 33 to 8. My oldest daughter in an officer in the United States Air Force, my next daughter is a school nurse for the West Ada District. My oldest son is still in college attending CWI. The last two kids are still little. One just started 4th grade this year and the other is 3rd grade. Along with all my children I have also been blessed with six redheaded grandsons. They all look alike. The oldest is in 5th grade and the youngest two are both one. Lots of fun around our house. I have been greatly blessed.
