Welcome to Mrs. O's 2nd Grade class. I am a 3rd generation Idahoan, born and raised in the Treasure Valley. My husband John and I have been married 26 years and we have a wonderful daughter who is in graduate school. After spending 20 years in the business world as a programmer/systems analyst, I decided to make a career change and returned to school to earn my teaching certificate. I have been at McMillan for 13 years, 3 years as the computer lab teacher, 5 years teaching 5th Grade and this will be my fifth year teaching 2nd grade. I am excited about our new learner dispositions at McMillan and look forward to incorporating them in my instruction. I love teaching 2nd grade and share a love of learning with them. I am looking forward to working with these fantastic students and look forward to working with you this year.
