HELLO!

My name is Sheldon McQueary.  I teach 7th grade Life Science at Lake Hazel Middle School. This year marks my 17th year at Lake Hazel Middle School, but I have 25 years of teaching experience with multiple subjects and settings.  One of my most memorable teaching assignments was teaching English at a university in South Korea.  My collection of experience provides many tools and resources upon which I can draw to create motivating, meaningful, and challenging lessons for my students.  Ideally, my Science classes will foster lifelong learning habits and build a strong foundation for future Science courses.

I grew up in Meridian and will always consider Idaho my home.  When not at school, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 kids and our family pet, a bulldog.  We love to travel, hike, and watch movies.
