Welcome to Ms. Smith's webpage.  I joined Meridian High School in 2000, after having careers in the fashion business in San Francisco, and interior design in Boise.  But I have always loved  learning about the arts and crafts that societies create (everything from ballet to tatoos!)--but especially the written art forms.  I graduated a long time ago from U.C. Berkeley, and then went back to school to get my teaching credential from Boise State.  I have 3 children--all grown, and all graduates from Meridian (West Ada, now) schools.
