Ms. Leta Kipper
This year will mark my 16th year as a teacher and my 6th year at Eagle High School. EHS is a great place to work, the student's are eager to learn and I am loving the school surroundings. I went to college at BYU Idaho in Rexburg (Ricks College), earning my Associate Degree in Religious and Family Living. I then ventured out and took some coursework at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. I moved back to Idaho to attend Idaho State University in Pocatello, and then transferred to The University of Idaho in Moscow where I finished my Bachelor's Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education. I am currently teaching Intro to Culinary Arts and Nutrition and Foods. I am also the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) Advisor.
I have lived all over the United States, but Idaho is home. I was born and raised in Emmett on a Dairy Farm. I have several brothers and sisters, even more nieces and nephews, and a rather large extended family. Even though I've lived many places, I'm an Idaho girl through and through and feel the most comfortable living in my home state.
I enjoy spending time with my family, my sweet puppies Hanna, Brick, and Hazel, playing the violin, sewing, cooking, gardening, listening to live music and attending the theater.
