I lived in South Bend, IN until 2012 when I moved to Idaho. I attended St. Francis University in Fort Wayne for two years and finished my Bachelor's degree at Indiana University at South Bend. I completed my Master's Degree in Post Secondary and Adult Education from Capella University in December of 2011.

I have one daughter who is a cosmetologist and one granddaughter who takes ballet and makes me laugh. In June 2019, I got remarried and "inherited" five more adult children, six more grandchildren, and a dog. I enjoy reading (primarily mysteries or action/adventure); watching old movies (mystery and horror); cooking/baking; going to festivals, working on our house and traveling.
