Hello 4th Grade Parents,
I am looking forward to working with your child in the upcoming school year. No matter what the situation calls for we will face the challenges together. My first goal is to create a safe, secure and nurturing classroom. Then we will use our SUPER POWERS to dive into learning Idaho History, Science, Math and ELA.
This will be my second year teaching 4th grade at Pioneer, but my 10th year teaching, previously I was teaching 5th grade. My husband and I are both native Idahoans and raised our 4 children here in the Treasure Valley, where they all attended West Ada Schools. I truly love Idaho and the great outdoors. We love to camp and hike in our beautiful state.
Teaching is more than a job for me, it is a passion for leading kids towards a life long love of learning. I will work to create an environment where students can build confidence and resilience. I believe that teaching the next generation is one of the highest callings of my life. I look forward to meeting you all in the fall and working with your children.
Take care and stay healty,
