Mrs. Jennifer LeCompte
This will be my tenth year teaching and my first year at Rocky Mountain High. You can find me in the Engineering lab where I will be teaching five sections of the introductory course for PLTW Engineering pathway called "Introduction to Engineering Design".
My former educational degree was earned from the University of California San Diego in Structural Engineering and have a great deal of love for designing, building, and tinkering in laboratories. I also hold a Master of Arts in Secondary Mathematics Education from USC, so feel free to stop by if you have a math question too!
I am passionate about 3D modeling using Autodesk Inventor and getting my students to love it was well. I look forward to getting the 3D printer up & laser cutter up and running soon. On my free time, I love going on hikes or runs, taking a yoga class, gardening, cooking & eating, making halloween costumes (that's a new hobby) and most importantly spending time with my husband & 1-year old son!
