Mr. Adam Duncan
Mr. Duncan received his Master of Music Degree in Voice Performance at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and his B. A. in Voice Performance and Music Education from Northwest Nazarene University. He recently served as Assistant Professor of Music at Park University, where he also directed the Northland Choir, as well as serving as an Adjunct Professor of Voice at the Kansas City Kansas Community College and Choirmaster at the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. A house favorite at the Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Mr. Duncan has performed in the company’s productions of Tosca, Aida, Madama Butterfly, Lucia di Lammermoor, La Traviata, Julius Caesar, Hamlet, Carmen, Un Ballo in Maschera, Norma, Rigoletto and Don Giovanni. In concert, he has performed in Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy, Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, Handel’s Messiah, and several of the Bach Cantatas. He has also taught voice privately for over 20 years.
He is currently a member of the Opera Idaho Resident Company, sings with the Boise Philharmonic, and is the Music Teacher at Spalding STEM Academy.
