May is here and we are shooting!

Our LAST Marksmanship Club shoot for the year will be held on Saturday May 13th at the Idaho Sporting Clays located at 5040 Sage Rd, Homedale, Idaho 83628.

Travel - Since this is further than the Caldwell Gun Club, we will plan to meet at the RMHS parking lot near the Club's Trailer (N.E. Student Lot), then caravan together.  We will meet at the school at 9:00 and leave shortly thereafter. We will plan to arrive at the Idaho Sporting Clays lot at 10:00 - 10:15 for those who know the way. After our safety briefing, we will walk through the shooting course setup and divide into 3-4 groups of 5 shooters. The event takes about 2 hours for a round of 50 shots. (be sure to bring a few extra rounds).

All shooters under 18 years of age will need to have a parent/guardian sign a release waiver when we arrive.

FOOD - please plan to bring some wonderful and favorite snack to share with the rest of us. (brownies, cookies, chips, soda/water, etc. I will bring a pot of chili and hopefully my BBQ for burgers!!!)

The Sporting Clay event is a cash/check only business - bring cash to pay for at least 1 round of shooting (thats $17 cash/round of 50). Also, remember lead shot, 7 1/2 - 8.
