Welcome to a great year at Renaissance High School!  This is my 8th year teaching Culinary Arts at RHS and I'm excited to get to know you and work with you in the kitchen.  I currently teach Foods and Nutrition, which is a semester elective class.  

I also teach baking and pastry skills to Advanced Culinary students.  Seniors who have previously taken Foods and Nutrition and Intro to Culinary Arts at their home high school come to Renaissance to run Café Renaissance as their capstone course in the Culinary pathway.
