At Meridian High, I took four years of Spanish! Then I went on to George Fox University where I earned degrees in Cognitive Science (studying how we think), Psychology and Spanish as well as a master’s degree in teaching. I have traveled in Bolivia, Peru, China, Ecuador, Spain, Morocco and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Ecuador and Spain are countries I lived and studied in. Some of my time teaching has been in Oregon and North Carolina where I taught K-12 Spanish, ESL, various levels of high school math, Family & Consumer Science and English 9. This will be my 15th year teaching, and my 20^th year in education.
