Hi, my name is Casie McElyea and I am very excited to be your child's teacher!  I received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Boise State University with an endorsement in Literacy.  I have lived in Idaho all of my life and I enjoy living in this beautiful state.  My passion is teaching!  I love getting to know each student so I can actively be looking for ways to best assist your student in their learning.

I cannot wait to work with all of these wonderful first grade students!  We have a lot in store for our year and this website is meant to keep you updated :)
