    Welcome to the LHMS Cross Country page! Attached is some workout information,Summer Training but to be honest thing you can do is go out 4-5 times a week, for 15 minutes and JOG! DON'T WALK... it's the key to success! The longer you can run without walking, the better the team will be. See you Monday August 20th, and bring friends! 

     

    6th, 7th, 8th grade Cross-Country:  August 20 – September 29

     

    Practice will begin on August 20th at 3:30.
