1.    Please go to westada.org, click "Parent and Students," then "Registration and Forms," then "New Student On-line Registration Portal."  OR  click here: https://register.westada.org/preregister.html.
2.    Fill in all fields on Student Information Form & click "Submit."
3.    You will receive further instructions as soon as we receive the online form. Once you have received the instructions, you will need to provide the following documents listed below to continue the enrollment process. 

• Proof of Address– One of the following will be accepted: 
  • Current utility bill (this includes water, city utility, Intermountain Gas, or Idaho power. PLEASE NOTE: Phone, cell phone, cable/TV, car registrations and Driver’s Licenses WILL NOT be accepted as proof of residence.
  • A recent signed (within the last 60 days) rent receipt, or a current lease or rental agreement must be signed by the leasing company or sent directly from them. 
• Certified Birth Certificate or Current Passport
• Immunization Records (See attached flyer for Idaho School Immunization Requirements)
• Custody Paperwork (if applicable)
• Unofficial Transcript (for students entering grades 10-12) 
• Current (Spring 2020) Class Schedule (for students entering grades 10-12) 
• Current Report Card (for students entering grade 9) 
• Course Selection Worksheet (see below) 

*** We MUST have these documents before you can continue the Enrollment process.  The parent/guardian is responsible for acquiring the required documents.  If you do not provide these documents, it will slow the process.***
