Hi, my name is James Buschine.  I have been the Principal at Eagle Academy since 2006.  I have been in education since 1989. 

Before serving here in the West Ada School District I was a math teacher and the Principal in Garden Valley.

What I love most about my job is getting to know the students and helping them succeed at growing up and life. 

It is always a challenge, as some of our students have some very tough circumstances but it is always very rewarding and a lot of fun to see them “get it” and succeed.
