Hi! Let me tell you a little about myself! I have been teaching P.E. and Health in the West Ada district for 16 years. I started at Lowell Scott Middle School in 1995 and stayed there till 1998. At that time I decided to be a stay-at-home mom. After 7 years, I decided it was a good time to return to teaching. I was accepted as the P.E. and Health teacher at Mary McPherson Elementary and stayed there for 11 years. I then took the opportunity to come to Hillsdale and am so thrilled to be here! Opening a new school has been such a great adventure for me! I am now in year 2 at Hillsdale and am eagerly awaiting the completion of the new gym!

I attended college and played basketball at TVCC in Ontario, Oregon. I transferred to BSU and graduated in 1991 with a BS in Exercise and Sports Science and then again in 1993 with a BS in Physical Education and Health.

I am married and have 2 kids. One is a Junior BSU and the other is a freshman who is going to school and playing lacrosse at Colorado Mesa University.

When I have some extra time, my favorite things to do are going on long bike rides and spending weekends at our cabin in Cascade.

If you are ever at Hillsdale come on in to the gym and say HI!
