ATTENTION DUAL CREDIT STUDENTS!
I know we are currently experiencing a disruption to our regularly scheduled programing but the OA continues as planned. I recieved an email from the college on Friday and it was made clear that the due date for the OA is not expected to change even with the disrution to the daily school schedule. Fear not! We will get through this. I have created an Emergency OA Essay Packet that will walk you through the drafting process; the packet is located on the documents tab. If you need a hard copy of this packet please email me and I will make arragements to get it to you. The due dates on the calendar have not changed. If we do not return immediatly after spring break we will set up a turnitin for peer editing so that everyone can still get feedback and the paper is due to me April 9/10. We will submit to the college on April 20/21. You will recieve log on instructions from me along with your code. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND THIS WEBSITE FREQUENTLY AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE DUE DATE!
Getting the articles:
If you do not have all of the articles click here or go to the document tab, I have attached all documents there or you can open the OA essay. All sources are linked in the document. If you are unable to open a source or have no/limited web access please email me ASAP and we will set up a game plan to get the articles to you.
**CWI IS CLOSED** the writing center is not availalbe for feedback.
Helloooooo Students! A great resource is the CWI writing center. I highly recommend sending all essays to them for feedback before you submit your final version. The easiest way to get feedback from the CWI writing center is to e-mail your paper and the assignment sheet to writing@cwidaho.cc, and allow 2-3 business days for a response. Revise your paper based on the feedback provided, print the comments they email back, and turn it in with your final draft.
