Degrees and Certifications:

Mr. Darrin S. Munson

I am happy to be teaching at Mountain View High School. I am currently in my 19th year of teaching, having spent time at Idaho City High, Centennial High, and Lewis and Clark Middle school. I have also taught in the prison system and at a career college. I started off my career teaching wilderness survival skills in the desert in Southern Utah. I have been a coach during most of my time in education, coaching football, basketball, and lacrosse.

I am married and have three children, a boy and two girls. I enjoy spending as much time with them as I can whether it is camping, boating or riding ATVs.

If I am not with my family, you might find me reading, shooting my Brown Bess musket, or tinkering in my shop.
