Welcome! 

This is my fifth year at Rocky Mountain and I love it here!  I find all biological sciences fascinating and previously taught zoology, wildlife and general biology at Rocky.  This year I will be taking over the AP Biology program.  I am excited for a new challenge! 

I grew up in Minnesota surrounded by forest and lakes.  We enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, biking and snow-shoveling ;).  I was also fortunate to live in Hawaii for a while and learned so much about island life and ecology. 

I am passionate about education and believe in its abilities to create opportunities, widen perspectives and empower ourselves.  I am committed to continued learning for me and my students.
