Chris Bonocore, C.C.

Chef Bonocore is certified through the American Culinary Federation (ACF) as a Certified Culinarian. She teaches Introduction to Culinary Arts at Rocky Mountain HS and Front-of-House skills to Advanced Culinary Arts students who run Café Renaissance at Renaissance HS.

Graduating with Highest Honors at the top of her class from Platt Culinary Institute in Oklahoma City, she was also a member of the ACF Culinary Olympics Team, "Team Oklahoma" (2014-2015). Platt Culinary Institute was ranked 6th in the nation when she graduated.

Chef Bonocore sharpened her culinary skills while working at a Farm-to-Table Scratch Kitchen, Embassy Suites, Toby Keith's Belmar Golf Club, Southfork Lodge and the Terraces of Boise. She is currently a member of the Chef de Cusine of Idaho ACF chapter. She also volunteers for local culinary-related fundraisers such as the fall Chefs' Affaire and the spring Culinary Walk About.
