Remaining Club Meeting—WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 20
Since the Dotty Clark is this Friday, the last meeting is mandatory. If your racer is unable to attend, please let us know so that we can ensure that your racer receives the meeting information that will be covered. Parents are always welcome to join us! The table at the bottom of the page lists all the racers who qualified for the Dotty Clark.
STMS Race Jerseys
We have the Star Middle School jerseys that the racers on the team asked us to get! If your racer has not received their jersey, we will distribute them at the meeting on Wednesday and again on Friday. In order to receive a jersey, we are asking for a $10 rental fee per racer. This rental fee covers the cost of jersey use through the Dotty Clark, and then it must be returned at the Pizza Party Banquet. The table at the bottom of the page lists all the racers who owe the rental fee.
Racers must wear their jerseys during the Dotty Clark races.
Pizza Party Banquet
After the Dotty Clark, all ski club members will meet at Idaho Pizza Company (State Street & Eagle Road) for the end-of-the-season pizza party banquet. At the banquet, we will be passing out awards and prizes, eating pizza, and (hopefully) celebrating our first place win at Dotty Clark. But ultimately, we want to celebrate how well the racers have done this season as both individual racers and as a new school/team.
We are collecting $10 per racer which covers the cost of pizza and drinks for your racer. The table at the bottom of the page lists all the racers who owe pizza money.
Parents and family members are encouraged to attend the banquet to help celebrate the success of the racers and the team. To ensure that we have a banquet room large enough to accommodate everyone, please complete the survey so that we know how many family members will also be attending. NOTE: We suggest that you order your family's pizza on Thursday night and indicate that you are with the STMS Ski Club party at 6:00 pm. Doing so provides Idaho Pizza Company plenty of time to prepare for all of us!
Please review the table below to find your racer's name and how much they owe. Your racer can bring cash or a check to the meeting. You can also use Venmo to send an electronic payment. All payments must be received by 8:00 am on Friday.

If the racer is purchasing a discounted lift ticket for the day, it must be purchased at the Simplot Lodge (lower lodge). The ticket office at the Pioneer Lodge will not be open.
