    Free and Reduced Lunch Application  - must be completed EVERY year. One application can be submitted for all of the children in your family.

    Holiday Assistance - Different community organizations begin contacting schools in early Fall offering holiday assistance. Some programs offer food boxes and others also offer basic necessities for Christmas (pajamas, clothing items, games, etc.). If you would like more information, please contact your student's counselor.

    Food Banks - Meridian Food Bank - this is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to providing emergency food aid to our community. If you need assistance, call (208) 888-5102. Idaho Food Bank's Food Assistance Locator or page 16 of the Self Rescue Manual.

    Meridian Schools Clinic - provides medical, dental, and counseling services for students in the West Ada School District. They accept most insurance plans and transportation CAN be provided by the clinic to and from school for appointments. Meridian School Clinic TelehealthCall (208) 514-2527.
