Public Record Requests
The West Ada School District believes and supports transparency in government. An important part of that transparency is Idaho's public records law, which provides citizens the ability to requests documents with the expectation that a response will be forthcoming in three days and the documents will be provided within ten days.
To make a public records request, please fill out the online form that opens when you click on the following link.
To help citizens understand their rights under Idaho's Public Records Law, the State Attorney General's Office has created a guide that explains the law, what records are exempt from disclosure, and your rights as a citizen requesting information from a public agency.
